backing up all contacts in Exchange environment

Hello,

I would like to know how I would go about backing up my
contact list in Outlook 2000 that is shared by everyone
in my Exchange server 2000 environment?

Where are the Contacts kept are they in a Public Folder

The Exchange Administrator should be making backups but you can export the
Folder to a pst or CSV by highlighting the folder choosing Import/Export
from the File menu and following the wizard
