Backing up Entourage

Having lost all my contact data once already through a corrupted back-
up after a lightening strike , I am keen on backing up my Entourage
files regularly.

Only problem is: I can't find the files I need to back up. I have looked in
home user file and library, and nothing there as far as I can make out.

I use OS X.2.6.

Does anyone know where these files are?

You want to back up the "Microsoft User Data" folder, which is located in
