Backing Up Entourage?

Hi: How do I back up my mail, address book and so on in Entourage? I
have an IMAP account (if that makes a difference). Thanks.

The easiest way is to copy the Microsoft User Data to another drive.
It's located here:
~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/

(where "~" represents the location of your home folder, usually
HD/Users/<Your User> for OS X)

Copy it to another drive to back it up. You can then drag it back to the
proper place if you ever need to access the backup.

I am using a G4 running OS 10.2.8, and Entourage from Office X.

I am trying to backup my Entourage file. The user Identity file is
over 700MB. When I put a disc into the drive to try to do a back up,
it tells me there is not enough disc space available (I am using 700MB
CD-R). Is there a way to back up the file on 2 CD-Rs? The computer
does not give you the option to eject one, and insert a new disc.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
