Backing up entourage

Hi! Can anyone tell me how to back up Entourage to a DVD? I have a huge
number of emails and I need to back them up. I used Entourage 2004 for Mac
ver 11.1.0

Is there a script that I can use to back up the Entourage data on a periodic
basis.

Entourage saves your email in its Database file. Mine's at
~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office X Identities/Main Identity/Database

(I'm using Entourage X.)

If you don't need immediate access to some of the mail, you can drag a
folder to the desktop, archive it, and delete the folder from Entourage.
Is there a script that I can use to back up the Entourage data on a periodic
basis.
