Backing Up One Note Files

Which Directories should I be looking at to cater for a catastrophic
hard drive failure.

Tools > Options > Open and Save

Modify the location of the Backup folder to wherever you wish to save your
backup files.

Unless you've added some custom folders in other locations, just backup the
"My Notebook" folder in your My Documents folder.
