Backing Up Outlook 2003 Categories

I've seen posts about going into the registry and exporting the
registry subkey
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Categories,
but when I go to regedit, I do not see such a key. I definitely have
made changes to the Master Category List and would very much like to
back that up before I reimage a computer. Any other ideas of where I
can look? Thanks in advance for any suggestions!!

This sounds more like an XP problem. Please read the

I read it, but what I gathered is it says I have to grant permission to
the user to even be able to edit that Categories key, right? So that
means I have to log on as administrator? The problem is, I don't even
see that key to where I could even grant permission to it. Any other
ideas or am I not comprehending the article right?

Here is the website that shows that while you can create a Master
Category List, you can't really transfer the list easily from PC to PC:
