BAcking up Outlook echange

G

greg

I'm running exchange 2000, Outlook 2002. One of the users
outlook has a address book that is not the contacts from
the outlook list and not a personal address book. How do
i import that address book into the outlook contacts so
that it will be available in OWA and Terminal services.

thanks

You'll first need to find out what kind of address book that is.

The Outlook Address Book displays the user's contacts folders. It is not a
separate data store.

The user could have multiple contact folders.

Choose Tools | Email Accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books. Select Outlook Address Book, then click Change. What contacts
lists do you see?
