Backing up

I use the latest version of Office including Entourage. I'd like to
back up my Mac and I need to know what files I need to back up so I can
save my Calendar and Emails I already have so that when I reinstall
Office, I'll still have all my calendar appointments and emails. Please
help

As stated in another post on moving this, I recommend saving the entire
folder names " Microsoft User Data " which lives in hd/user/Documents/
(where hd is your HD name, and user is your User Folder name)
