Backup function has disappeared (again) from business contact mgr

Hi,

Once again the backup function for my Outlook Business Contact Manager has
disappeared. The last time it restored itself when my screen froze while
trying to shut down a huge huge Excel attachment. I tried creating the
circumstances again but without success.


Any ideas?
