Backup & Install Conduit

I am using a new version of entourage and the "install" and "backup" conduit failed to launch. All worked well on my previous version, before it was corrupted by malware.
Any help would be appreciated.

Entourage has nothing called "install" nor "backup" conduits. Are you
referring to Palm software? If so then you should probably visit Palm's
forums for support.
