Backup or Export emails from Entourage

Hi,

Environment: Mac OS X v.10.4.4
Entourage 2004 v 11.2.1


I've to backup or export the emails from Entourage, but since I'm a
windows admin. I don't know that much mac software.

I did my homework and I found on the Internet that you have to drag an
drop emails folders from Entourage to a folder on your desktop.

I can't use this method because the users has created a lot of folders
and subfodlers on his entourage and it will take hours.

I'm wondering if there is a simple way to export this data like in
Outlook

Any help would be appreciated

You can backup all Entourage data (mail, contacts, calendar events, etc.) by
copying the identity folder to another drive. The identity folder is
located here:
~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2004 Identities/
