Every few months I let Stuffit archive my Office X Identities folder. It is
big and it takes some time. The folder is in you user/documents/Microsoft
User Data folder
This way you can always reconstruct Humpty-Dumpty is somethng really gets
trashed.
Use command-D to duplicate. Name the file with the date after you complete
the copy. If you can store on another drive or backup to media that would be
the best option.
