Backward synchronization?

Hi,

Is there any way to do the following?

I have a client who is using a Palm in conjunction with ATT Office Online.
ATT Office Online will show only what is in her Mailbox, so she can see only
the personal Contacts in her Mailbox, and she can't see the organization's
Public Folder Contacts. Currently, her secretary makes changes to the Public
Folders Contacts, then has to repeat the changes in the personal Contacts in
the client's Mailbox.

Is there a way to synchronize the Public Folder Contacts with the private
Contacts folder (IOW, automatically force any changes in Public Folder
Contacts to replicate to the user's private Contacts?
