Bad Pocket Mac Synch

Hi I just had a really bad Pocket Mac Synch with my Blackberry and many of
my appointments int he Calendar have displaced...
Fortunately I have a Time Machine so my old correct data should be there, I
just don't know where it is stored. I know Microsoft User Data is the folder
but I only want the Calendar and not the Emails etc..
Could you help me to locate the place where the Calendar items only are
