Baseline %

This has been discussed before but I still cannot find the right
answer. I need to see a % for my baseline. I have seen lots of answers
that explain why this is not available but not making sense to me. Even
if it is a custom field.

A percent of what? The baseline is the plan as you expect it to be worked,
saved as a snapshot in order to provide a reference point to measure
progress against. When you say you need to see it a percent for it, just
what exactly are you looking for?

exactly what you say, the baseline is the plan as you expect it to be
worked but I need to display it in %.

Let us say my baseline dates have been set, then I also need to see at
a certain point in time(Status date) what my % would have been as per
baseline.

That sounds like you want to see BCWS/BAC.
You can realize this by introducing a calculated field. Make sure you
catch tasks with no baseline value (like milestones) with an
IIF-Function to avoid divisions by zero.
