Batch Convert Word and Excel to .tif

Hi everyone,

Is there a program or method available to convert Word and Excel documents
to .tif files, other than just scanning them? We have an enormous amount of
data of this type we need in the .tif format and any suggestions for programs
or methods would be appreciated by many here.
