Batch email sending rar files

Excel has nothing to do with file size... Mails are handled by Outlook and
size is governed by your email-provider...

It is always better to upload to a file hosting site and send links rather
than sending the file by mail.
Your nephew can upload upto 100MB files at site like wikisend (can be
protected by password) and share the link by email...

If he needs higher size then he needs to pay at sites like iDrive...

I have never used Excel, but it came with Office 2003.

My nephew is taking video of his pets and relatives. He is having
trouble emailing the videos to relatives because of the size.

From searching the web I see that Excel might have this feature.

Can someone point a rookie to a very easy to follow instruction site
on how to do this.

He will be sending the same files several people in rar files that are
15M.

A few things about this. Excel is for spreadsheet/workbooks. It has
nothing to do with Videos, RAR files or e-mail. Also your PC clock is
wrong, either the DST is set improperly or you're set to the wrong TZ.
