bate stamping labels

I want to create bate stamps using Avery #5267. How can I insert automatic
numbering, i.e. 1- 5000

One way is to use a { SEQ } field in Word. Another way is to create the
number series in Excel by clicking on Edit | Fill | Series, and
performing a mail merge with Word.
