BCC: all emails sent

I need to be able to set up my email to always bcc: an
email address for every email that I send. I see that
you can do this using the Rules Assistant, but it only
allows you to CC: another email address. Does anyone
know if there is a way to do this as BCC?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Beth asked:
