BCC, but make recipients think it was personal

I get emails from some people who are able to send mass
emails, bcc'ing people but having it look like it's
addressed to each individual
i.e. in the To: box, I see 'llgkw'
even though I know, that I'm just one of a very large
group of people
Does anyone know how to do this?
