BCC in Office 2000

Is there anyway to force BCC to always be an option when sending a new
e-mail message? Currently every time I want to send a BCC I have to hit the
TO: button and then pick a person to send to and place them in the BCC
option.

I am using Office 2000 with Exchange 2000.

With Outlook as your e-mail editor you can enable it it by View-> BCC field
