BCC in outlook 2003

Mike

Hi,
Does anyone know if it is possible to incorporate a single "Blind Carbon
Copy" in a distribution list. I have a distribution list and one of the
contacts doesn't want his address listed when others get the email. I can
send them all as a BCC but that's not what I want to do.
Thanks
Mike

No you can't. Either add him/her manually to the BCC field or add the
distributionlist to the BCC field.

Note that BCC-ing is a polite thing to do when the contacts do not know
eachother or when you know the message gets forwarded.

Click on the To line. Select your Distribution List and then click Bcc.
Alternatively, to add the Bcc line to your Compose window, with the Compose
window open, click View>Bcc Field.
