I don't know if this has been addressed or will still be an issue with
the Entourage for Exchange Web Services release but do keep an eye out
for the release. It is currently in beta and the program is no longer
receiving beta testers, which may indicate the release is soon.

Keep an eye on the Mac Mojo blog, which will probably be the first place

We have been beta testing the Entourage EWS release. This solves a lot of
other issues, but not this one :)
Maybe they solved it in the final release. We'll see.
