no, BCC information is not available in mail you receive.

Unfortunately no. That's why it's called Blind Carbon Copy. Thank
goodness 'cause that could make for some BIG message files. If more
people would use BCC it would make for neater messages.

How would I know if the message I received was intended as a BCC to me? I'm
trying to make an automated formatting to change the inbox line to a new
color if a message was sent as BCC.

In the organise view, choose Using Colours. Click on the Advanced
tab.

Fields - All mail fields - Bcc and enter your criteria.
