I've never seen a PST file small enough to be saved on floppies. How are
you
managing to create a PST file less than 1.44 MB? You should not be using
exporting and importing. You should copy your data to PST files small
enough
to fit on floppies. Close Outlook. Copy the PST file to the floppy.
Then when you need to access the PST file, return it to a hard drive,
remove
its read only attribute, and open it in Outlook using the File > Open
command.

How did you back up your Contacts? -> (As outlined in Help)
*File...sel.
Imp/Exp *sel. File typ =.pst, * sel. Loctn ->A:\, (floppy) !! ERR
appears !!
How are you trying to access them? -> File...Imp/Exp
What Outlook version? -> OTLK 2000
Lack of a CD-Write - makes the Bckup add-on ... useless! I'm limited
to
floppies.
Any help you can provide, is appreciated!

When backing-up CONTACTS.PST -> A:\;
How should the err: 'the file -----x--------, could not be opened';
be
'cured'?
