BCM Copying Account information

I've copied my Outlook contacts into the Business Contacts folder and I am now creating accounts to relate them to. Is there an easy way to copy all the contact information from the primary contact to the account at least as a default? The endless highlight, ctrl-c, change window, ctrl-v process is giving me carpal tunnel

Try using the export and import functions ...
