Hello,
Installed Business Contact Manager successfully on Outlook
2003 Beta.
Seems like it went in well, and most seems to work, but I
can't seem to link an e-mail message to an opportunity or
an account. Even when it seems like it works, it ignores
it and I don't see the e-mail under the opportunity or
account.
I'm trying to do it both with a contact that is in my list
of business contacts as well as with an e-mail that was
sent from someone who isn't necessarily associated with
that account - no dice either way.
Anyone have any luck doing this?
