BCM Reports Won't Come Up

I have installed Outlook 2003 with BCM. The BCM is working fine for entering data, but if I try to run ANY of the reports it says...THE REPORT COULD NOT BE GENERATED. TRY AGAIN LATER

Have done full reinstall and more...no luck. The reporting engine in BCM appears to be Crystal. Has anyone seen this problem?
