BCM Reports Won't Run

I have been struggling for 2 weeks to get the reports in BCM to run. They have never worked for me. Every time I run them, I get a "The report could not be generated message".

I have done full reinstall..no luck. Any ideas. The BCM reports appear to be from Crystal Reports Designer.
