I need to use Project as an EV tool. When I enter % work complete against a
task which shows progress ahead of programme (passes time now) the value of
BCWP is not reflective i.e. the value does not exceed what should be achieved
at time now.
Example: On a 10 day task with Work of 100hrs where the status day is day 5
if I enter 75%WC the BCWP is calculated at 50hrs not 75hrs. (note I have
resourced and baselined the programme).
