Before I buy a new phone

I use office 2004 for Mac and have switched my calendar and address
books to Entourage. I need a new phone and am considering one with PDA
functions, or at least downloading my address book. Will I be able to
download and or sync between a new motorola phone and my mac? If I
need to buy a third party product to do it, any ideas?

If you get a SonyEricsson which is not Symbian based you can use MobileSync
from Salling Software.
(http://homepage.mac.com/jonassalling/Shareware/MobileSync/index.html)

There you can see a list of supported phones. The K700i is not mentioned but
I have tested it and it works. My guess is that it would work with the new
S700 too.

Please note that MobileSync cannot handle the P900 smartphone at this time
since the P900 is using Symbian.

That sounds very promising. If it works it would make me extremely happy. I
just signed up for the Beta and hope that they will accept me :)
