Beginner - help needed!

Hi all,
I have outlook 2002 and have set myself up with an e-mail
address but can't seem to get it to work properly.
I need help!

When I send any mail to any (even my work address)e-mail
address, the following message comes up
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

[email protected]' on 18/02/2004 19:02
553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of
allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)

Even when I send a mail to my home e-mail address as a
test, it defaults to a web based address. HELP PLEASE....
