Best times to phone Microsoft product support for office.

I have been trying to get to Office product support at the Microsoft
866-452-4755 number for many times (>6) at all times of the day and week.
I pick option #2 for support and get a recording "please hold' then a
recording saying "phone back later". I am on the west coast. Anybody have
success with this number. Does it actually work? Any suggestions for the
best day of the week and time.

I've called Microsoft for two different issues (never product support tho)
and had no problem with getting a response within minutes. Did you try later
in the evening? 9 p.m. your time is my midnight. I sure as heck wouldn't be
on the phone with them for product support that late. I'd quit about 8, my
time. After that,zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
