Better Editor for Outlook

Does anyone know of a better third party html editor for outlook?

The html editor in outlook is too limited...
Word as an e-mail editor does not do what I want...
Frontpage edits the page correctly but then it get goofed up when mailed...
Incredimail worked mostly ok but of course died with I upgraded to Outlook
2K3 and was beyond buggy in the first place....
