Between Times

I require a formula that checks a time (09:30) and
highlights it grey if it falls between the times in two
other cells - see below

Start Time End Time
8:00 12:30

09:30 - so how would the conditional format formula look
in the cell that has 09:30 in it.

o.k.
lets say your two times are in cell A1 and cell B1 and your cell to
format is cell D3:
- select cell D3
- goto the conditional format dialog, choose Formula
- enter the formula
=(D3>=$A$1)*(D3<=$B$1)
- choose your format
