BIG PROBLEM

OK. I JUST INSTALLED MY NEW COPY OF OFFICE XP PROFESSIONAL WITH FRONTPAGE.
THE PROBLEM IS THAT WHEN I TRY TO ADD AN EMAIL ACCOUNT IN OUTLOOK, IT SAYS
SOME REGISTRY ERROR. I QUOTE: "THE OPERATION FAILED DUE TO A REGISTRY OR
ISTALLTION PROBLEM. RESTART OUTLOOK AND TRY AGAIN. IF THE PROBLEM PERSISTS,
PLEASE REINSTALL." I TRIED TO REINSTALL, SAME THING. I HAD THIS PROBLEM
BEFORE AND THE TECHNICIAN ON THE PHONE TOLD ME TO SOMEWHERE AND CHANGE
SOMETHING. I DONT REMEMBER WHAT IT IS. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.
