I'm using Entourage 2004 and when I try Adding to Calendar a contact's
birthday from the Personal tab in the address book, and I set the Reminder
to the 5 day default, the reminder immediately appears in my Office
Notifications window, no matter even if it's still months away. This seems
to be because the original event is in the past, (when they were actually
born,) even tho the new notification is a for an event months in the future.
How do I get the Birthday notification to only appear 5 days in advance like
I want, without removing the year they were born from the Birthday field in
the Personal tab??? Thanks!
