I have a bussinesscard with someone's birthday.

1.Is it possible to keep the birthday, but I don't want
that person in my diary?

2. That is married. I can put in here name as a spouse.
How and where do I keep track of here birthday?

1) Yes, you can delete the appointment that Outlook creates when you set a birthdate.

2) You would need to create a second contact record for the spouse and enter her birthdate there.
