Birthdays and Anniversary showing which number

How can I configure my Outlook 2002 to display the actual number of the
birthday or anniversary? I use a Pocket PC and it is capable of displaying
the birthday as follows

Kevins Birthday (39)
or
Kevins Anniversary (10)

Can the desktop version show this?

I am using the standard Microsoft Windows Mobile 2003. It is the operating
system itself although it is sometimes refered to as pocket outlook.

This is the Microsoft Pocket PC 2003 operating system. No special programs
needed.

Ah, I have not played with that version yet although I am entitled to a free
update from Dell - got to get to that one day.

No, the desktop cannot do this natively. You can program your Outlook to
display this or you can look on slipstick.com to see if there is a
ready-made add-in to do this already out there.

I put the intial year there. Like "Dave's Birthday (1955)". Then I have to
subtract to figure out how old, but it's better than nothing.

Man that stinks that the Pocket PC version is more useful than the desktop.
