Periodically an entry of a birthday or anniversary into a
contact produces 2 annual events in my Outlook Calendar.
I first notice them in the calendar view and when I change
the calendar view to "annual events" there are two
duplicate entries both associated with the same contact.
At that point I delete one of the entries. However, when
I return to the related contact and make a change and
save/close, the duplicate returns.
I would appreciate some advice from anyone, this is
proving to be quite an annoyance. My Oultlooks items are
synchronized with my PDA. There are days when several
duplicate events appear on my PDA. This reduces the
amount of screen space, requiring unnessary screen
manipulation to review my agenda.
Thank you,
