Birthday's in Outlook

If I enter in a person's birthday into an Outlook contact, how can I make
Outlook pop-up a reminder whenever the person's birthday gets within 2 weeks
(this way I can stop forgetting birthdays).

you need to edit the calendar item to use a 2 week reminder.
