Does Entourage deal with birthdays given in Addressbook as like as iCal?

Hi Friedrich,

no, it doesn't. Entourage does not automatically display birthdays, you'll
need to create them as individual events. In your address book, click on the
calendar icon next to a contact's birthday in the preview pane, and
Entourage will automatically create a new event, set to occur on a yearly
basis.
