Bizarre Behavior by Entourage in Sorting Messages

I have a both an office POP account and a private Hotmail account set
up with Entouage 2004 for Mac.

It's been running without a hitch for about six months, but yesterday
it placing my Hotmail in my office Inbox and it also moved many of the
items in the Hotmail Inbox to the Hotmail Deleted Items folder.

I know it's entourage that's doing this, since I have a Windows machine
at home, and Outlook Express isn't duplicating the error.

Anyone have any thoughts on this? I've already tried rebuilding the
Entourage database and deleting my Microsoft preferences folder, but
neither one of those suggested solutions changed the behavior.

I have had the same problem. I am running a POP account and an IMAP
account. Have you had any luck in solving the issue?

Afraid not. I've removed my Hotmail account from Entourage. I'll wait a
while and set it up again. Maybe by then the problem will have
vanished.
