Since the 10,1,4 update, I've been using Entourage as a Exchange
Server 2000 client, and have successfully gotten calendar items to
sync. However, I've been unable to understand the rather bizarre
behavior that occurs when I sync my iPaq 2210 to my Mac via Virtual
PC.
If I create a timed event in Entourage and then go look at in in
Outlook, it appears perfectly normal. Everything is as I expect it to
be. However, when I sync my PPC to Outlook, the event syncs as an
all-day event! I go back to Outlook and the start and stop times are
there. They are also in Entourage. When I create events in Outlook,
this doesn't happen. The event syncs to the PPC and Entourage with
start and stop times. The behavior is absolutely repeatable. Once I
get the event right on the PPC, it then syncs normally; however, I
have to change every Entourage-created event on the PPC from all-day
to timed.
I've had to give up the idea of using a PPC, as I use Entourage as my
main calendar, so it is the one I normally create events in.
Can anyone help?
