Bizzarre bullet point behaviour in Office 2003

Hi, all of a sudden all my documents have started exhibiting weird behaviour
when viewed on my pc (they work fine on all other PCs). When I open them
instead of the first bullet point being a black filled circle, it's a
clapperboard (like they use at the movie companies) I can't stop it doing
this, it's all setup correctly and in the bullet point options I select
filled black circle but get clapperboard. Can anyone fix it.

ps. is it just me or have all versions of word behaved weirdly with bullet
points at times, it seems to be a poorly implemented feature

It's not the font either.
