Blackberry / email

I have a small business and we are just getting started. We do not
have an exchange server. We are using entourage as our email client.
We are all set on the email front but we cannot figure out how to get
the entourage calander to synch up and show on the blackberry device.
Any suggestions?

Apple iSync + PocketMac for Blackberry:

(While there is another Mac to BB sync option, it requires the
Blackberry enterprise server -- http://www.epicad.com/index.htm )
