Our office is using Office 2001, and recently ran the 9.0.6 update. Now we
occasionally (more often than not) get blank attachments, especially pdf
documents from our network scanner. The message shows it has an attachment,
but when the attachment is opened it is blank. I've heard of the same issue
with Outlook express, but don't know how to fix it (a setting in the
preferences?).
Any input would be appreciated.
