blank contents in outlook xp!!!

my user pc is running on win98, installed with outlook xp (sp3). recently
always
received mail that r not shown its content. another user who is using os
winxp with outlook xp and sp3 has no problem to read the same mail. anyone
can give me quick solution for this. i wonder is this due to win98 bugs?
