Blank Email

I manage an Exchange server for a mid-size school district. Just
recently, Entourage (all clients use version 11.2.5) end users are
receiving blank emails from the domain "optonline.net". All other
domains apper to be OK (so far). I recently updated our Exchange
server to SP2 and installed hotfix 911829, the updated version
6.5.7651.25 that was supposed to fix this problem. However, emails are
still appearing blank in Entourage. Any help on this would be greatly
appreciated.
