I'm creating a document on my web site to assist folks who are experiencing
the Linked Table Manager problem with Access 2003, where the Linked File
Listing is blank. (as documented in the MSKB under 835519)
Since incorporating the Registry editing solution, I've run A97 and 2000,
and my 2003 Linked Table Manager continues to function properly.
This was not the csae with the RegSvr32 solution. I kept having to run that
occaisionally... depending on the usage of my other versions of Access.
And, eventually, it failed to correct the problem... hence the Registry
solution.
From general experience among the the members of this group... that run
multiple versions of Access, has the Registry editing solution proven to be
permanent?
Thanks,
Al Camp
